Upcoming Events @ Ardsley UMC

Joint Summer Worship @ 10am

Now through September 3rd join us at 10am for summer worship with JOINT worship at St. Paul’s in August. Children’s Sunday School will continue during the summer during the 10am worship hour. Starting September 10th we are trying something NEW continuing joint worship with one joint service at St. Paul’s at 10:45am.

August 14th – SPUMC – Care and Nurture meeting will be on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 7:30 PM.

August 17th – SPUMC – Administrative Council meeting will be on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 7:30 PM.

August 20th – Annual Joint Outdoor Summer Worship at Secor Park at 10am. We will gather together for lively and fun outdoor worship and stay for food and fellowship and games for all ages. Bring a friend and a dish to share.

August 22nd – Joint worship committee meeting at 7:30pm, at St. Paul’s.

August 30h – AUMC – Administrative Council meeting will be on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 7 PM. Ardsley UMC Meeting Room.

September 10th, 10:45am, Kick-Off Sunday at St. Paul’s UM Church

Kick-off a new church year with us when our joint-choir returns from summer break and our NEW Sunday School begins at 9:30am with the fall series, “Lord, Change My Attitude.” looking at the study by James MacDonald and we celebrate the kick-off our NEW joint worship service with Ardsley and St. Paul’s worshipping together at 10:45am.

After our worship service, we will celebrate the potential and possibilities that abound at this coming church year with lunch festivities. So save the date, Sunday, September 10th, and make plans to kick-off with us! (Would you like to help organize Kick-off Sunday festivities? Yes? Great. Monday, September 11th, 7:30pm at St. Paul’s UMC

Rev. Dr. Clayton Miller has agreed to be our facilitator for this process as we work together to embrace change and move forward. Please join us and extend a warm welcome to Rev. Miller as we continue this exciting journey together. What questions do you have? Where can we go next? What is God calling us to? We will begin our time together in prayer asking for God’s guidance.
